If you are the new owner of any model of iPhone, regardless of wireless carrier, since initial release June 2007 through iPhone 5 September 2012, and-or have downloaded to your device new operating system I O S 6, and you are NOT otherwise in or near a city which has an Apple Store which offers free group and one-on-one classes and support-new user education.....

Site Admin Rich Koster helps New York Times technology columnist David Pogue edit how-to manuals "The Missing Manual" about how to use you iPhone handset, big and obscure tips to maximize it's features, and get bang for your buck in using it.

The latest book covers all models of iPhone since it's introduction in June 2007 through the present day handset, iPhone 5, plus the latest operating system I O S 6 .

(Since Disney Echo's operating system uses emoticons based on whether certain letters or symbols are next to each other I've put spaces between I O S 6.)

Here's a descriptive link:

http://disneyecho.wordpress.com/2012....iphones

If you scroll down to the bottom of the page you are reading now, you will see a hot link to Amazon.com.  The link goes to their home video section, however you can change that to the Books section, then look up this title of the "Missing Manual" about iPhone 5, and consider ordering it.

If you bought used or inherited an earlier model or still own an earlier model (iPhone 4S, 4, 3, etc) the new book will cover those, or you can look up one of the earlier editions of "IPhone The Missing Manual", but really the newest version of this book should be all you need.

If you buy through the Disney Echo specific link to Amazon.com at the bottom of this page your purchases through this particular link goes to defray operating costs of this site, for which we thank you.  If you have a Holiday Season shopping list, consider doing all your Amazon.com shopping through the Disney Echo link.....  You might qualify for Free Shipping or other perks Amazon.com offers, it will not cost you any more to shop through this link vs. just logging onto the site on your own, and it neatly and quickly gets a lot of online shopping done in one fell swoop.  If you know of someone who is a new iPhone user or never did fully get the hang of using their iPhone or want to delve into nitty-gritty nuanaces of using their handset, the book makes a great holiday gift to others or for yourself!

Thanks for shopping and thanks for your looking into this book edited by Disney Echo Site Administrator Rich Koster.

The link at the bottom of this page is called "Disney Echo Amazon.com".  Click it.  Head to Books. From there look up the iPhone 5/IOS6 The Missing Manual Book by David Pogue.  Gift yourself if you own any kind of iPhone no matter the cell carrier, or if you want to give it as a gift for a new iPhone user you know.  Thanks in advance.... but do it because iPhones are expensive and you might as well learn as much as you can about them, down to the nuances tips and tricks and little known ways the things are so well designed.   Thanks for buying the book, and anything else at Amazon.com, through the Disney Echo link below.  Enjoy the book!
