Our website, Disney Echo, was down for a few days recently, then when it was back up it was set somehow that nobody could post anything (new topics, replies, etc.). Today is the first day I can tell that the site is returned to be interactive again. People can post now !
This may have inadvertently "locked out" TV Kirby from being able to post TV listings about Disney shows.
Since the site owner Larry "lar3ry" Gensch has the computer that operates Disney Echo in an attic of his house in New Hampshire, and Rich Koster the Site Admin and I no longer maintain it but live in Louisiana, and since hardly anyone visits or posts to this site anymore anyway, it might mean these occasional glitches of a tech nature will happen from time to time and no one notices it. So few people post anymore, and the info on our site is outdated more and more, that it's a low priority in life to notify lar3ry to reboot or tweak or see to it. We live across the US from each other so it's not something we literally can put hands on and fix, either.
Apologies to TV Kirby and anyone who relies on his Disney-related listings for the inconvenience and hassle the glitch and downtime have caused.
It's time, though, to realize and see our site as it really is, that our site isn't what it used to be... Just scroll up and read about that in an earlier posting in this topic. Now we know that technical problems can and do happen and prevent the usual and customary services Disney Echo used to provide, through no one's fault. It happens.
For people who rely on TV Kirby's listings, there is always his own web site to visit if you can't read his listings here. We know he gets busy times in life so also start relying on learning how your cable-satellite DVR or TiVo work, or online TV listings websites you can "search".
Again, sorry for the inconvenience.
